 The Khmer (Cambodian) language
At its hight Funan "had become quite extensive and included a motley of peoples and vassal states, from the sea on the south up into the present Laos on the north, from Champa on the east to the Bay of Bengal on the west and including most of the Malay Peninsular.
One could suggest that at least some of these perhaps reflect ancient voiceless or glottalised sonorants, but this remains speculation.
However, it appear that register does remain in Cardamon Khmer.
