The ICA Regional Assembly for Europe (hereafter the "Regional Assembly") is, according to Article 12 of the ICA Rules, an authority of the International Co-operative Alliance and forms a part of its governing structure, in accordance with Article 16 of the ICA Rules.
ICA member organisations from Europe and other regions, the European regional committees of ICA Specialised Bodies and members of CCACE shall have the right to submit to the Regional Director for Europe, at least one month prior to the meeting, proposals arising from the material to be considered by the European Council.
