The genocide of the Jewish people is known as The Holocaust.
This was acerbated by a wide-spread right-wing (monarchist, völkische, and nazi) political myth (Dolchstoßlegende) which claimed the German Revolution as the only reason Germany had lost the war, decried the Revolutionists as traitors (Novemberverbrecher = November Criminals) and the political system born of the Revolution as illegitimate.
That year, the German Communist Party was established, and in January 1919 the German Workers Party, later known as the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (National Socialist German Workers Party, NSDAP, "Nazis").

People came to the United States because it was supposedly a place where people are considered equal.
His attitude was “What was the worst they could do, fire me? That was what I was hoping for.” Once people caught on to his scheme, he was fired and forced to find a new occupation (he wasn’t too heart-broken).

I suppose a list of people by occupation would be fine, possibly organised in a similar way as the different lists by nationality.
For e.g., List of people by name: Ha says "Hawking, Stephen, (born 1942)" and List of English people says "Stephen Hawking, (1942-)".
I think the lists should be used for assising readers in finding articles about people.
